Overview
This eight-day program is specifically designed and planned for you to discover Tanzania’s beautiful and diverse natural momentums. You’ll visit safari parks like Serengeti National Park, Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. We’ll also survey Lake Natron, Lake Manyara, Zanzibar Island, and the active volcano called Ol Doinyo Lengai. You’ll get to view diverse landscapes from semi-deserts to thick and lush rainforests and active volcanoes. You’ll most certainly have a great experience and make lifetime memories here on this trip.
ARRIVAL IN TANZANIA
Once you arrive in Tanzania, our staff will greet and escort you to your hotel in Arusha from Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO).
Itinerary
DAY 2: TARANGIRE BIRDS DESTINATION

Soon after you have your breakfast on the first day, our guide will arrive at the hotel around 7:45 AM. The hotel receptionist will inform you of their arrival, after which you will be escorted to Tarangire National Park. It’s going to be a few hours’ drive before you reach there. By 10:30 AM, we’ll begin the safari.
Tarangire National Park consists of over 550 species of birds. You’ll also get to see a lot of wildlife animals, including lions, buffalos, zebras, etc. You’ll also find many elephants near the park river, as they typically hang near the drinking source.
Given the nature of wildlife, be aware that our guides can’t make any guarantees in the presence of wild animals. However, they will do their best to keep all the guests safe and spot the animals they’re looking for.
After a few hours, we’ll stop for a lunch break. We’ll continue the safari before heading back to the hotel and retiring for the evening.
DAY3: RIFT VALLEY LAKE

On this day, we’ll wake up early, and after having breakfast, we’ll head over to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara is also known as the Rift Valley. We’ll get to explore Lake Manyara’s grassy plains, groundwater streams, plants, and the beautiful dense gorges that grow at the edges of where springs emerge. Lake Manyara is also very famous for elephants, flamingos, and many tree lions. The park also attracts a hugely diverse number of birds due to the lake.
We’ll have our lunch break near Maji Moto springs. Our staff will provide every guest with their own lunch box to enjoy with a view. After relaxing for a while, we’ll continue to the safari. The driver will take you to a hotel near Ngorongoro volcanic crater, where you’ll stay for the night.
DAY4: INTACT CALDERA/NGORONGORO CRATER (THE BLACKHOLE)

The next day, we’ll set off around 6:35 AM. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is only an hour’s drive away. There are many animals that you’ll see in the early morning time. Our staff will pack your breakfast in lunchboxes for this reason. You’ll get to enjoy your breakfast after a few hours into the safari.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area is the most spectacular and renowned national park of Tanzania. We’ll get a chance to see a large number of animals up close. These animals include wildebeests, zebras, elephants, lions, buffalos, and other feline species like servals and caracals. If you’re lucky enough, there are also a few endangered species like rhinoceros that you may also get to see.
We’ll have a lunch break near the lakeside. Our staff will provide lunch boxes once we arrive at the park’s lakeside. We’ll spend a few more hours after lunch before heading over to the majestic Serengeti National Park.
During your travels, we’ll also take you to visit the memorials of two significant figures, Bernhard Grzimek and Michael Grzimek. These two famous researchers from West Germany worked for Tanzania’s National Park preservation. Only because of them, we’ve preserved the parks in their natural state.
You’ll be escorted to your hotel in central Serengeti, where you’ll rest before the next day.
DAY 5: MAJESTIC SERENGETI
On day five, we’ll explore the southern and the eastern sides of Serengeti National Park. We’ll enjoy an early breakfast and begin the safari soon after. Most areas of the park consist of open spaces and savannahs. If lucky, you’ll also get to see a cheetah preying on an antelope.
We’ll set off for the hotel in the evening, where you’ll enjoy a delicious meal and get a good night’s sleep.
DAY 6: MAJESTIC SERENGETI
One day six, our day will begin the day by having breakfast and traveling to the central region of the Serengeti National Park. The safari guide can spot animals that you’re most interested to see. By lunchtime, you’ll be provided your own lunchboxes, while the guide will provide information about the park’s history and the diverse species. In this region of the park, you’ll also get to see hyraxes.
There are many other animals in Serengeti Valley that you’ll get to see, including leopards, antelopes, hyenas, giraffes, elephants, cheetahs, jackals, buffalos, and ostriches. Make sure to keep an eye out there at all times to spot these animals.
We’ll head over to the hotel in the northern part of Serengeti Park, where you’ll be staying for the night.
DAY 7; MAJESTIC SERENGETI
On this day, we’ll have breakfast and drive over to the northern Serengeti to view its diverse fauna and landscape. You’ll get to see animals that live in the park’s remote areas.
By evening, we’ll be at Lake Natron, where we’ll stay at a hotel for the night.
DAY 8: GREAT NGARE SERO WATERFALL AND LAKE NATRON
The next day, we’ll set off for Ngare Sero Waterfall in the morning. Ngare Sero Waterfall is located at the bottom of Rift Valley. The trek up the valley will be very light and relaxing, but we’ll be crossing rivers at some point during the trek. Therefore, wearing sandals or boots would be recommended on this day. We’ll head to Lake Natron, where you’ll be able to take pictures of Ol Doinyo Lengai, the active volcano. We’ll continue the safari after the lunch break and go back to the hotel in Arusha in the evening.
1-day: Arrive in Zanzibar
Our driver will take the guests to the airport or ferry dock to transfer to Zanzibar Island, where you’ll be transferred to your hotel.
Island Day-2
Stone Town Tour
After an early breakfast, we’ll head out for a tour to Stone Town. We’ll explore the spice markets, museums, and forts. We’ll have a brief lunch break and head to the northern coast of Zanzibar Island, which is over 45-min drive.
Island Day-3
Mnemba Island
The next day, we’ll enjoy a boat ride, snorkeling, and lunch at Mnemba Island. Mnemba Island is a famous white-sand Island with clear water. You’ll spend the rest of the evening enjoying the view and relaxing by the beach.

Departure
Our drivers will drop you off at the airport on departure day.
