- Agreement
You hereby acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age or older and understand and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and transact with us. You hereby agree with the terms and conditions laid out below. It is your responsibility to read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Deposits
Your deposit is safe with us and is secure for your future trip. The deposit doesn’t carry an expiration date and can be applied towards any of our packages. Please let us know 14 days in advance of any changes to your travel plans so we can do our best to assist you.
Guests acknowledge and accept that they will bear any differences in price between booking and the new trekking date. Furthermore, if you don’t notify us of any changes and don’t show up at your scheduled date, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Booking And Cancellations
Please ensure that you enter the correct dates before the booking. The company or management will not be responsible for any loss, damages, delays, or cancellations caused by the provision of incorrect information recorded in our database or invoice.
We can reschedule your trip or tour if you notify us at least four weeks in advance. We’ll reschedule free of costs, and all deposits are refundable within 30 days of booking. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Please notify us of any changes well in advance to accommodate your request as smoothly as possible.
- Early Termination Of Trek Or Safari
If you finish your trek or safari earlier than usual for personal or health reasons, please note that we can’t refund any money for unused days on treks or safaris. Please understand that the prices we charge go towards paying our experienced tour staff, porters, and permit fees for various expeditions.
- Currency
All prices shown are in USD. If you pay online via credit card, then your issuing bank will determine the exchange rate.
- Insurance
We strongly recommend having adequate travel insurance for your trip. We won’t be responsible for any medical and repatriation expenses. Make sure to have enough insurance to cover all necessary medical costs and emergencies.
